Persons with Disability: IntroductionThere is no mention of persons with disability in the interim constitution. We shall have more material on the questions of constitutions and disability in the future. Some representations were apparently made on this question while the Interim Constitution was being drafted. At least the Independent Living Centre made some proposals - see the website of Jica Friends at http://www.jicafriends.net/archives/2006/09/report_form_ind.html.
