This website is planned as a resource - containing materials on the constitution making process in Nepal, including on design of the new Constitution itself, with material on constitutions and constitution making from other countries. You may wish to begin by clicking on Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ above), for very short explanations of 50 or more questions, with links to this website and others. If you want longer introductions click on the broad topic headings on the left Add (rest your cursor over a topic heading to see a brief description of the topic). About CASU


CASU is a small Unit within the UNDP, Nepal, committed to helping to achieve the aims of the Peace Agreements and the Interim Constitution - "that the people of Nepal make their own Constitution through a Constituent Assembly", through preparing useful materials, participating in conferences and workshops and engaging in dialogues.
